Let me start by saying how important it is to get out of our "big clothes" once we lose weight I have been wearing pants & tops to work that were a size to big maybe 2 sizes to big
For the pass couple of days at work my fellow co workers have commented on how small I have gotten. About 6 have made statements to me. A couple wanted to know what am I doing differently now for the change in my body. One today stated she sees the change since I picked up running and how toned and tight my body is looking. One knew I was running but asked if I was also lifting weights as she was in Subway on break and she noticed that when I had to lift a customers case of beer she could see a defined arm / bicep. One of the guys I work with told me that I'm so dedicated to my fitness routine it shows . A couple of others told me I look so thin & trim in my new clothes.
They all told me they wish they had the dedication to do what I have been doing I think these were the best compliments I could ever receive
Just had to share my NSV its not always about the number on the scale but other tell tail signs we are doing good
