Back at it - again!

That's my fitness mentality right now.
Yesterday the fam and I ran a little over a mile at an average pace of 12 minutes and 17 seconds.
Today I went to zumba for 45 minutes, came home to clean up the dog's mess, so then decided to go back out for another run. Despite the fact that I felt exhausted, I ended up shaving 1 minute off my average pace and completed a mile at an average pace of 11 min and 17 seconds!!!
This week Randy, Cam and I are planning on running a mile 3 times (every other day), and then next week running 2, then the next running 3.
Then we should be able to work on shaving off time. I am hoping to beat my last race. We only have 5 weeks to repair but It hasn't been TOO long since I stopped exercising so I don't think I will have to regain that much ground. I AM EXCITED TO PROVE THIS TO MYSELF. :)
My goal: I am going to try to get down to 140. I don't know if this is unrealistic because the body fat/composition test that I took said the ideal "me" would be 137lbs (muscle). Which means PEAK physical fitness. But I will am going to try really hard. I am at approximately a size 8 and 5'4" so I believe I could go down one size and would be happy.
I am currently at 145ish. Right before the wedding I was hovering between 142-143. I will have to really re-focus on my eating habits.
Then I will maintain...unless we try having a baby.
But I'd like to reach goal first.
