BLC22 - Day 6 & 7

Yesterday was Day 6 of the BLC22 Challenge. I did do 20 minutes on the elliptical, but did not have it in me to do any strength training. I did get back into tracking all my food using the MyFitnessPal app though. I've never been good at tracking my food through SP and I'm finding this app on my Kindle Fire HD is working for me, so I will stick with it. I would like to try the SP tracking app (which was FREE yesterday, but somehow I missed that!)

Anyhow, today I forced myself on the elliptical for 20 minutes, did 20 minutes of strength training a cool down and took my dog for a 15 minute walk this evening. Eating wise wasn't great today, but it wasn't absolutely awful either. Tomorrow is the 1st week weigh-in for BLC22 and I would be happy with staying at the weight I was last Wednesday, as long as I do not gain. It is T.O.M. , so that could have a negative outcome on the weigh-in, but whatever it is I will continue to work at making the scale go down. Good Luck to ALL emoticonweighing emoticon in tomorrow!

    emoticon I love that you are keeping track of the number of days so far in BLC because it really makes me think about how quickly time is passing - and I find I am asking myself, "did you make the best use of these days"
