Detox Day 3

Day 3 of the detox and I'm still going strong! 3 days of whole, unprocessed foods and over 15 cups of water each day. I haven't really seen Jimi this week due to his work schedule, so that usually makes it easier (watching someone else eat cheese is hard!). My goal for the month is to do 2-3 days per week of no processed foods/sugars and no dairy (and no alcohol or caffeine, but I don't generally have those during the week anyways). I'd like to keep going, but we're doing dinner at a friend's house tomorrow. They generally eat healthy, but I heard something about chicken pot pie...

I am definitely still craving carbs. I keep making excuses to make myself popcorn (popped in a brown bag in the microwave, not the mystery ingredient kind). Surprisingly, I've been doing really well with sugar cravings.

I'd made a goal this week to get up a few minutes earlier and do a workout before work every day. So far, so good.

I also did my first bodyrock exercise in forever! I busted out my old notebook and re-did one from last June. I matched my stats for the most part, but totally killed it on the tricep leg lifts!

    Thanks for the support! I have to add that I re-did my ponytail for the picture. I was kind of medusa-looking at the end of the workout with hair everywhere ans mostly not in the ponytail anymore. I had sweat dripping down my arms though, which was awesome!

    Wooohoooo to three days down! So true it is much harder when you have to watch others eat what you are avoiding!!!
