Oi, I am so happy on day 5 as the elimination factory opened its doors again. Jipeee! I am feeling a lot better, thank you.
Today I tested Rye. All must be good because my weight loss is .44 pounds. Still not a half a pound but getting closer.
The day was uneventful in the sense that I stuck to it all.
Day 6 – I had this beautiful Lamb shoulder chop well within portion size that hubby BBQ’ed but my weight dropped only by 100 gram or 0.22 pounds. Although I lost something it is not the ½ pound that is the “norm”.
So what is the problem?
I am fighting a cold and I am now in the green stage. Sorry it is not pleasant but since these notes are to help me in future as a reference, I need to record it.
I am using the dandelion tea every day. I am drinking all the water but maybe I am drinking too much water as I see that the author is saying on her website that teas like mint and rooibos should be part of the total. I will need to make some adjustments.
I am NOT using the Manchego cheese as it is NZ$99 a kilo here in NZ. I simply can’t afford that at present, so I just leave it out.
I am NOT using the other supplements that the author is prescribing.
I have NOT measured my temperature in the mornings to see if my thyroid is a problem. I don’t own a thermometer and I won’t be buying one soon. I am not too worried about this because I would not have lost more than 7 pounds after 3 days if that was the problem.
What is my delight? It is the fact that I am still losing weight, in miniscule ounces. Usually I would just gain and gain since I am NOT exercising (started today with 30 min on Elliptical – very easy going).
I will carry on with THE PLAN and when I am over the cold I will do the cleansing again and retest the foods that I am uncertain about.
Today is day 7. So far I have lost 8.14 pounds in 6 days. Not bad in my book. I can live with it. I am more concerned about the foods that are not making me gain weight but also not allow me to lose as predicted.
