Well, I got my 10,000 steps in today, and the front yard mowed, shooting for the back tomorrow and hopefully the trimming, all depends on how long the princess sleeps
Stayed in calorie range and got my water in, now it's relax time! Been awhile since I had to watch three kids all day, and I am a bit pooped by the end of the day
but once I get back in the groove for a while, the energy level does improve and I don't feel so sluggish, amazes me why we do the things we do to our bodies , when we know that eating healthy and exercise makes us feel so much better...old habits..hard to brake and so easy to fall back to.
Well my friends enjoy your evening, hope the weather by you is good, looks like we're going to have one of those wet summers, oh well we'll survive. Sleep well and remember
