So I now Weigh myself every Friday and last Friday was my Monthly Weighin but I've been really busy so I now finally have the chance to post it all today and I'm getting soo much stronger than last month! So here goes

Okay now that you have seen the Numbers now unfortunately I gained 1 lb but my Body Fat stayed the same and on the plus side I lost 1 inch on My Middle Stomach and lost 1 inch on My Hips and these are difficult places to lose weight soo I am still proud of myself even though it wasn't a huge Weight loss this time! I am gonna be honest and on my Birthday which was May 22nd I splurged and indulged in eating whatever I wanted soo I had Pizza and I am Italian and there was no way I was gonna skip my Cannolli Cake on my Birthday so I also had that too and I gained some weight but hey I was soo good before my Birthday came that's No Lie! But one day of enjoying myself and I messed up bad but hey I just keep Working Harder now since than to unravel the damage I've done!
Okay soo moving on to the positives and there are lots of them!
1st I reached 161 Days of still Not Eating Lay's Potato Chips but on my Birthday I had Friendly's Ice Cream so I messed up there but still staying away from the Chips soo Yay!
2nd Continue to Workout Out everyday and increased my Workouts to 60 minutes each time everyday and I only do 10 Minutes on Sundays because I do need to give my Body time to heal.
3rd Continue to Drink 64 oz or more of Water Everyday
4th Continue to Eat Healthy Everyday and find more Nutritious and Healthy Snacks to Nibble on. Tried Almond Butter and Kiwi which was very Yummy and I soo love it! Soo good to eat! Yum Yum Yum!
5th Continue to Stay Away from all Junk Food except Friendly's Ice Cream!
6th Continue to Log my Meals Everyday
7th Continue to still get the Award for 1,000 Fitness Minutes!
8th Continue to Stay Positive even if its getting tougher to keep Working Out like I do everyday I still manage to press on and Work even harder!
9th Continue to press on even when the Scale is not showing good Numbers
10th Continue to get The Consistency Award but not The Perfect Attendance because I missed only 1 day! Sigh Ohh Well!
11th I am just going to continue Working Hard and Fighting Harder and to Not Give Up on my Goals!
So overall I am just gonna continue Working hard and hope for better results Next Month! I am soo glad I never gave up and kept pressing on even when the Weight was not coming off! I really appreciate all of my friends here who have supported me and I am not done yet! Well till next month keep up the good fight and hopefully its just gonna be more better news next month
