I am super happy about being able to juice...
Today I started my morning with a "green" healthy juice that consisted of leafy greens, which help me stay full until my first snack without having to eat a snack full of calories, yay for that!
Today was that kind of day that I decided to make a healthy juice to take with me on the go for when a hunger attack would invade my stomach, so I did an extra juice and when it was time for that first "food" snack, instead I drinked my juice which made me feel satisfy without having the need to be eat any snack, yay!
I am just sooo happy about the fact that I am juicing because it has helped me feel on track, even though I do tend to eat some junk food once in a while, its just a habit I been trying to avoid, but its just so so difficult to accomplish, so what I actually tend to do if I really want or need to eat junk food, I'll eat it, but then drink a juice instead of my snacks throughout my day to compensate.
