CAMO/BLC22 Goals

It's that time again...time to put my dreams on paper....and make them GOALS!

Here are my SMART goals for this round:

**SPECIFIC: I will lose 12 pounds by the end of this round.

**MEASURABLE: I will log my food and keep within my calorie range of 1450-1700 cal.
I will run 3x a week per my half marathon training program.
I will ST 2x a week.
I will box 1x a week. (My Super Gym Thursday will consist of a mix of boxing/ST/Cardio intervals)
I will set aside 1 day a week to rest. (with exception of dog walks)

**ATTAINABLE: Yes, this is attainable and I can do it. I will keep watch on how to do this and enjoy the journey. I have set other goals and come short of reaching them, but that is past and not the story of THIS round. This round IS different as I am different and therefore my results WILL be different!

**RELEVANT: To make this relevant to me I am taking a closer look at my health. My specific goal will keep my blood pressure low, it will enable me to run faster and not ache so much when I am finished. It will enable me to wear my TEAM GB running capris that I bought last year in a size smaller than I normally wear because that was the largest they came in (and I wanted them!!) It will allow me better flexibility. It will help relieve stress and... this is the BIG ONE... and....I will look smokin' hot at my son's wedding in Sept.!!

**TIME: I can be terrible at letting time get away from me and do a bit of procrastinating. I have the time to work these goals. I will pre schedule my exercise AND pre plan my meals. This will save me time in figuring out how, when and what...I can just go into robot mode and do what I need to do to stick to these SMART goals! I will make sure that I get 7+ hours of sleep a night!!

This IS the round that I see major results!!!
