Well it has been an interesting week. Saturday I was waaay over points and calories, but I was with family, enjoyed a few drinks, enjoyed a little taste of desert and had lots of fun! I just went a little easier on Sunday. Yesterday I wasn't feeling the best and only ate breakfast. So between being up a little last week because of bloat and and not eating much yesterday, I was down 4.2 lbs. I also credit it to being more active - yoga, rebounder, some walking, housework and gardening. I am very close to my 10% goal - aiming to get that next week!
I expect my weeks are going to be like that - I have something going on every weekend for the next little bit and I am going to enjoy myself! I drink the Molson Canadian 67 instead of Coors Light and that saves me a bit. I have just a taste of dessert - if it is something I love. I fill up with fruit and veggies as much as possible - especially my diamond foods and I find time for activity.
I also listened to a program with Jessica Ortner about tapping for weight loss. We all know what to do to lose weight, but we don't always do it. Why - because of our emotions. She talks about the tapping technique to help. Going to have to explore more how that works. I still want to also find some affirmations so I can "think myself thin".
