Day 160 - Monday
Fitness - 15 minutes cardio cruiser

Today was the final weigh in for my office's Biggest Loser Contest. I lost a total of 8 pounds. I am proud of myself because I did it my way - healthier choices and more activity - not dieting. I know that I need that weekly accountability so I am going to find another program. Also, I am hopeful that my walking buddy wants to continue. If not, I will walk on my own. It is just easier to have that extra accountability.
