I saw on REGI2013 blog about a 30 day squat challenge and have decided to give it a whirl.
I figure I can eat 3 times a day, I can squat 3 times a day. I know it's only supposed to be once a day, but right now I am motivated and I haven't done a challenge in a long time. I don't know about 3X times on the over 100 days, but I will give it a try.
Had a graduation party last weekend and I gav myself permission to have a good time. My borthers girlfriend is a great cook. Had a small piece of homemade strawberry pie and 1 graduation chocolate cap
On weigh monday morning I stayed the same but this morning on the scale I was down a pound!! I do weigh every day have done it my whole life. It helps me when I want to binge, made me go to the cabinet this morning and trow away the BBQ Fritos that were in there!
Got a NSV last nite at Jazzercise, I was talking with one of the ladies that is always in the back (I am 3rd row front) we were talking about how she, I and the instructor were the only ones that sweat. She gave me a huge compliment.
