I just had to play with my new pressure cooker- it wasn't doing any good sitting next to it's box unused just looking all shiny and such. I finally conquered my PC phobias and pressure cooked some spaghetti squash and topped it with trader joes chana masala. What I got was some seriously filling and flavorful results. That big huge bowl you see? under 300 calories! And I'm not kidding you, I felt full, quite a feat for my stomach. I'm a convert. Time to stock up on all kinds of squash.
