I make it a habit to plan my meals the night before every day. I find that it really helps to keep me focused the next day. If I eat something not planned or decide not to eat something I can make adjustments in my planned menu so that I do not go over my allowed calories or nutrition.
I have been following the Spark Solution menus lately. However, I usually use the daily menus on the website and then adjust them to reflect the meals that I plan to eat the next day.
I always print out my menus and keep them on my kitchen table along with any recipes that I may be needing for that day in order to have quick access to them.
