Crossfit anyone?

Lately, I've been walking my tush off. But I really want to step up my workouts and thinking about Crossfit. Any experienced Crossfit addicts out there? Tell me your thoughts, tips, recommendations and visible results.

    Sorry, I can't help you. I have to stick with walking, swimming, dancing, yoga, tai chi, and qigong due to medical problems.

    I know people who absolutely love it. That said, it is a tough workout so put on our A game with a good attitude.

    Good luck. My daughter loves crossfit and has lost a ton of weight. Of course she also changed her eating habits. I hope to be ready for it soon, Please post how you do.

  Love, love crossfit!!! It is the best workout you will ever find. I have been doing crossfit for about 10 months and I am totally addicted! It is great in that all the workouts are scaled to your individual fitness level. My goal in fitness has been about building muscle and loosing fat. Crossfit helps you accomplish that better than any other workout. I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
