I forgot just how much i enjoy Zumba. I've added it back into my fitness routine. I own the DVDs...i have two left feet - there's no way i'd do a class right now! But i do enjoy it and i forgot how much it makes me sweat and burn calories.
This was just after 16 minutes of Zumba last night...
This was not ALL that i did...but this is what i ended with...i started out with about 80 minutes of strength training. I just wanted a little bit of cardio to end my day. So i did three songs.
