You Must Keep At It

Tuesday, June 11, 2013

Pic A was taken in 2012, Pic B was taken a couple of weeks ago. There are only around 5 or 6lbs of a difference in these pics. To me, the difference is huge.

My point is...

Don't give up.

Keep going.

All of the hard work you're putting in IS worth it and it IS working.

This journey is discouraging, frustrating and downright depressing at times (at least for me personally). But if you keep working at it, if you keep taking your butt to the gym and eating right, you will see/feel results even when you don't think there are any. I didn't expect to be encouraged by these pictures, but I am.

Just wanted to share in hopes that it would help someone else.

I can see the difference, too, and it's more than makeup. Your more recent picture shows more definition in your lovely face!

What a gorgeous lady in both pictures! But there's a slight difference in the second picture - your jaw line and fantastic cheekbones look noticeably more chiseled.

What this ol' lady of 61 wouldn't give for both! LOL! But I'll take every single day of those 61 years all the same emoticon Thanks for posting your lovely pictures, Brittney - you're encouraging many, many Sparksters by doing so! - Susan emoticon

WOW you're GORGEOUS!!!! :-). Good job, Brittney.

I know from experience that KEEPING weight off is actually HARDER than losing it. I am determined to continue doing what I DID to lose it when it comes time to maintain!

But are BEAUTIFUL, Mama!!! :-)

Sometimes it IS the little things that make a big difference, and often those things are not necessarily due to just weight loss. In my case, just feeling better overall has been a huge difference. I am glad you can see that with yourself. You are just glowing in your most recent picture! emoticon
