Yesterday was a really off day. I didn't sleep the night before so most of yesterday was spent either sleeping ( due to the tranquilizer my doctor prescribed for me) or just feeling blahhhhhh. I really didn't do much of anything. I just really felt off.
Today is another day, I woke up feely better and refreshed and ready to face the day. I did my cardio and strength exercises this morning and I plan to do a bit more cardio this afternoon, I want to do some Tai Chi, there is another form I want to practice.
I am doing well keeping on track, Ihave already lost another 2 pounds this week, I am really excited about that. I was just saying the other night that even with a lower calorie limit than I am used to, I never feel hungry. I am eating smaller portions and I feel so much stronger. I am setting a small goal for losing 15-20 pounds by July 4th. I will buy a new stars and stripes top if I do. Already 4 down and only 11-16 to go!
It feels so good to have people here who understand what I am going through in life. You all mean so very much to me. The ones I have met already and are starting a journey of friendship with, I am blessed to know you.
