Days until 40th bday deadline: 365
It's time to get back to the work of losing weight. In the past 6 months I've only managed to maintain a 13 lb loss. I need to do better if I'm going to make my next decade goal of being below 200 lbs. I'll need to average a 1.7 lb loss for each of the next 52 weeks. It's going to be hard.
No more putting it off. I'm logging my food and exercise again, starting today, no matter how high the calorie intake. Exercise is still ok but I need to get back to the pool. I start Zumba again next week, as long as my back holds up. Meals are going to be a problem but I should have more time to work around that now.
I have the plan; time to execute.
