Doing daily walks, works so I am going to stick with that for another week. I want at least two weeks of consistency before I start some trotting. But it seems so hard just to get out of bed these days, I know that if I want to beat the heat I have to get up early and so far 7AM is not good enough.
Been trying to get to bed by 8:30PM but it's not working especially since my honey wants to stay up and watch TV until 11:00. Guess I need an eye mask and some PM meds. I know for sure I've only had one good night of sleep and boy was it good.
Getting back to CURVES is still my dream and it will happen by the beginning of next month. Also I want to go back to my TOPS group, I really miss the ladies there.

    I have the hardest time sleeping. The last two nights, I've gone to bed around 9:30, yet I can barely drag myself out of bed at 6:30. I take forever to fall asleep, and I wake up several times during the night and have trouble falling back asleep. Good for you for trying to get to bed early so that you can get up early for your walks. YAY for keeping up with the walking, too. Keep up the good work!

    emoticon Good job on the daily walks!!!! Getting to bed on time is a struggle I think we all face. I also have sleep issues so it takes forever for me to fall asleep so I can relate. Maybe you could make it a goal to go to bed thirty minutes earlier than you have and slowly get it lower and lower until you're at a good bedtime. That's what I've been doing and for the most part it works! :)

    Good for you on the daily walks!! Yes, trying to get to bed earlier is tough. I've slowly made some changes and now instead of going to bed at 11 and to sleep by 11:30 or midnight, I go to bed at 10 and sleep by 10:30 or 11. It's made a huge difference in my energy levels.
