Working hard trying to get this weight off. Drinking lots of water, changing the eating habits, and working out soon as I get up and soon as I get off work. Even been taking walks at work during lunch. Next up trying to change that mind set. Not only for the negative things that come up in my mind, but for that rush or instant gratification mindset. You know that Now mindset. I want 50 pounds gone now! Give me that chocolate cake now! I want to be a size 9 now! Gotta change that mentality. That mentality gets you to the road of give up, or forget this mentality. Especially when you don't get near or close to your goal. If you didn't gain it in a day, you def ain't going lose it in a day. Plus gaining is faster than losing anyway you may have gain a pound in a day, but takes more than a day to lose. lolol. Its ok to have a lets do this mentality. But not that instant gratification. Whenever I feel like that rush mentality, I am going to just try to tell myself take it one day at a time, one step at a time. May not be where you want to be, but to consistently keep making efforts to lose weight, and changing the eating habits, drinking the water, and exercising, you will eventually lose it, and be at goal weight. The faster you lose, the faster you gain it back. The slowere you lose, the slower it takes to gain it back.Remember that.
