I've been going to the gym 5 days a week for a year and a half now. I've also started visits with a personal trainer twice a month. I'm still depressed because in all that time, I've lost only 5 lbs. I know it's down to what I eat. I know what I should eat, I just don't eat it. Has anyone started a weight loss blog to get support from the outside?
I'm so worried that I will die young like my Mom, because my weight masks a serious disease.
