Day #348/Day #34 - WoooWee I made it

Tuesday, June 11, 2013

Yes yesterday I made it to the gym!!! I did the treadmill with inclines for 35 minutes. I started coughing right around 25 minute mark so I thought making it to 30 and a 5 minute cool down was enough. Didn't want to over do it. I'm happy I at least made it back.

Now today my chest is a little sore but I'm feeling pretty good. Still coughing and found out yesterday that one of my co-workers was hospitalized with severe bronchitis and another one has been out as long as I've been out with bronchitis. We dont' work on the same floor but I hear there are several others with severe colds and bronchitis. Oh my what gives?! I praise God that I was not diagnose "severe" nor hospitalized for it.

I stayed on track with my eating yesterday, made it around 1200 calories. Rather low for me as Spark has me at like 2200. I've been very consistent with drinking ALL of my water. I've pretty much stayed away from everything other than water, gatorade and crystal light with my vitamin C. I can't stand the taste of the Emergen-C by itself so I mix it with 2 bottles of crystal light. Crystal light is waaaaay sweet for me too. I typically buy the Wal-Mart version and I always dilute them in like 2 to 2.5 bottles of water. I've been preparing 75% of my foods at home. I may have take out once a week if that. Which is EXTREMELY good for me as I was on the 80-90% of take out before.

In 17 more days I'll reach my one year anniversary. I'm making plans for that post now. Hopefully I won't forget to wear the outfit that expose my true size in a photo that day. Well ... I have overcome that obstacle and I'm doing something about it!!!

Loving me for who I am...because I am great!!!
