Well, I've totally changed my eating habits and what I eat. To start off, I've been drinking coffee with cream and sweetner for over 25 years and now I am drinking plain black coffee, it's not bad and I am getting used to it.
I bought a lot of fresh vegetables and make a point to eat them as much as possible without getting an upset stomach.
I've cut out just about all sugars and reduced my cholesterol intake. I need to lower my cholesterol and sugar intake because it's high and I want it lowered for my annual physical in August.
Lastly I eat more scheduled meals whereas before I would just eat when I am hungry. Now I eat 3 meals a day and 2-3 snack inbetween.
So far things are working out, so far pretty good. I am trying to balance out my carb, protein, cholesterol, and sugar intake, which is difficult everyday, but I am working on it.
