Tuesday blah day

Well, its Tuesday...not very exciting, I know....Tuesdays have got to be the most boring days of the week...Its not Monday, where I often feel like I can start over from the weekend, its not Wednesday, obviously hump day....Thursday, you feel like if you can make it through the day, then its Friday!!! And Friday, is definitely fabulous. At any rate, not sure why I was thinking about that, but there it is....
I did manage a workout...its hard to log, so I just put it in as a Sparkpeople 30 min bootcamp dvd workout...I figure its close to the same workout, but I suspect, based on the amout of sweat, that the dvd I did today, works me out a little more....But it is like a total body workout, with cardio spurts here and there...At least its something. Tomorrow I will do the kettlebell core workout. Love them kettlebells! emoticon emoticon
This morning I found that Almond Milk and Rice Krispies are fabulous! Almond Milk is just a little sweeter than regular milk, so no need to doctor it up like I usually would do...yum!
Yesterday I skipped working out..and I ate like crap. Actually I seemed to eat everything in sight....frustrating I cant seem to get that under control...I workout 5 days a week and am losing nothing. I have got to stay away from the kitchen. It maybe easier when my daughter is done with school...I try not to mindlessly snack in front of her, I dont want her picking up eating when I'm bored habit. Going to try and drink more water today...
Well, thats about all for now. Not a very interesting blog...no progress, continuing same bad habits....grrrrr. Need to make some changes and stick with it!

    Don't get discouraged. I had to tweak my calorie range a little to accommodate all the exercise I am doing now (one hour a day) and I added way more protein. SP had me at 1200-1550 but now it moved me to 1600-1900. Guess what? After weeks and months (I mean 6 months...really?) of the stupid scale not moving....FINALLY! I up my calories and BAM, 2 pounds gone. weird, huh?
I am definately eating more nutritiously.
Hang in there girlfriend. You may just need to tweak your calories or protein.
