Imagine that you are perfectly content with every aspect your life. What does that life look like? What steps do you have to take to make that life a reality? Instead of WISHING, start DOING. Put a plan into action today!
I would be at the weight I want to be at, I would be fit and healthy, chasing my kids around without getting tired and out of breath. I could go into a store and buy cute clothes. To do this I would need to get my act together stop eating unhealthy food, put myself first. I tend to put everything before myself and don't make time to exercise.
My plan today is to drink 3 of my bottles of water (already have 2 filled), I will walk on the treadmill when I get home, I will take time to do some strength training, and I love doing yoga I will put that into my before bed routine. Eating: I will follow my food plan today!!!
I already know I might not do all of this, I am still not 100%, throat and head hurt, and now I got a sick child at home. I hope he will be resting when I get home from work. and my other child sounded like I did 2 days ago, so I know she is coming down with the cold I had.
Today is a new day, the past is forgotten. I am given each day to begin again. Today I will begin. I should get back to work. I was taking a break. Have a great day, because I will!!!

So I ended up with a sick child who kept crying and a daughter who didn't like that. So I had to divide my time. So I didn't get much down. I did get the dishes washed and a load of laundry down.
