The Beginning of Something Beautiful

I am trying out Spark People and will mostly be using the app on my kindle to help track and log my accomplishments. I started my own "health change" (I don't do "diets") on April 1 and have since then lost 11 pounds. I am also losing inches and love how loose my jeans are getting already. This is definitely the beginning of something beautiful.
