Hey all :)
Im Jes, and just signed up on the site...so add me' cuz my page is lonely!
Anyways, so today I am starting a walking routine that I am hoping sparks a 50 pound weight loss. I used to be a runner, LOVED IT, used to play all kinds of sports, but I know that if I were to run right now, Id get a few blocks down the road with shin splints and wheezy lungs! (sad but true)
Does anyone else walk as their primary means of exercise? What are your walks like?
Has anyone had great success with walking at the start of your weight loss journey??
I will be weight lifting as well. I have the ChaLEAN Extreme weight lifting videos, and have had great results in the past with them.
All comments and advice would be really appreciated. Have an awesome tuesday!!!
