UMm Scale- Why are you running up and not down??
I am back up to like 128.4 eeew- ok not total ewww I actually still feel great- and its probably reflecting my crappy eating from last week.
Week 1- 22.5 Miles
Week 2 so Far
Monday- 7.4 Miles Ohh yeah yeah (swamp people anyone?)
So yesterday I was way over stressed about the wedding and times of everything- Thank goodness the next 2 weeks on my calendar are full at work!
But I walked at lunch and felt revived. I love exercise and what it does to your mood :)
I got in 2.1 miles at lunch and then afterwork I wanted to head out on a walk0 we havent had a sunny day in awhile so it was needed! I did 3.3 Mile walk with hills. It is such a great walk a friend of mine does it pregnant and I mean like due in 3 weeks- and she looks kick ass. But you can feel it in your glutes big time! Starting from my house you go up a mini hill then down a pretty steep up and then up a .5 mile decent give it some gas hill. then its FLAT- so I do about 2 miles hills and 2 miles flat. Burner :) Then Brian wanted to go on a run- so I got dinner all prepped and ready and waited for him to get home. We ran 2 miles- he is getting better already its only been 3 runs- this one was by far his best so far.
So there you have it folks- 7.4 milesyesterday :)
I am undecided about today yet- I am going to do a body rock

I am going to walk 3 miles at lunch today- but I dont know if I will get in anymore tonight since I need to mow the grass- I love doing it, its such a workout for me with the mini hills in our backyard I will be drenched in sweat.
Eating was good yesterday
Turkey sandwhich on wheat bun
Cheesestick - snack
93% lean hamburger no bun
small portion of italian pasta salad
I was probably close to 1200 cals I should track it now
Tonights dinner is chicken legs that Brian seasoned with BBQ!!
