Weight is just a number. I stuffed myself into a pair of pants at 205#, and now, at 221# I can zip them up easily.

Sculpt your body - and throw the scale out the window.

Look at not only the NUMBER of calories but also the quality of them - 1200 calories of empty foods doesn't provide your body with the same nutrients and therefore doesn't react in your body the same way that 1200 calories of healthy nutrient rich foods does. Also, if you are very active, you may need to look into either a slightly higher calorie range or switching between the high and the low ends of your range - one day upper end, the next lower. That is one reason SP gives us a RANGE to work within. Also switching up the exercise routines from one day to another seems to help. Do you get enough sleep? That is crucial to actually losing the weight also - our bodies do their repair and adjustment work while we sleep - often after a really rough week where I exercised and ate perfectly, I will have no loss or a gain and then I get a particularly good night sleep and am suddenly down 5 pounds. It obviously doesn't happen overnight and WAS the efforts of the previous activities and eating, BUT it doesn't get incorporated into my BODY until I sleep a good and restful night. Don't give up and don't necessarily panic. When you push with twice a day workouts AND really good eating, you may need to shake things up a bit. Those who suggest you may be eating too little MAY be right, but you might also need to make some of these other adjustments as well.

I agree that you're not eating enough. You're given a calorie range for a reason. Try eating towards the top of the range and see if the scale will move. How long have you been working out so much and eating so little?

1200 calories is not enough!!! You're starving yourself and won't lose weight that way!!! Better go read some articles...look for BMR to start...great job on exercising, but you need fuel (you know the whole "how far would your car go if you didn't gas up?"...good luck, don't fret, and EAT!!!
