Today my coaching activity is to write about the reason behind my weight loss goals.
My main reason is my grandson. I absolutely adore being with him, but it is very physically tiring sometimes because I'm so overweight. I want to be able to take care of him, participate in activities, and frankly just be around to see him grow up. I am very aware that being this overweight is a great health risk. Time to end that.
