Pressure is building at work. But I'll do what I can - I'll stick to my routine. Went for a delightful swim yesterday. My goal by September is to be able to swim and breathe like the swimmers I see on TV and even in the sea. I can swim but I don't know how to breathe underwater. So I found a youtube demo and I am practising what I see there. I can do breastroke good but the freestyle is a challenge. It requires more energy, so I get tired sooner which then interferes with the rhythm, but I do see improvements. This is week 6. However, after swimming, you have to bathe and wash your hair. The former is not a problem, but the latter is another exercise.
