Day 261: Eating Healthy

Yes eating healthy really does make me happy. When I go for a fruit instead of candy or potato chips I'm proud of myself and I feel better afterwards. Junk food tends to make me more sluggish. When I eat a healthy salad for lunch instead of pasta, frozen burritos or Spaghetti o's I feel happier, and less bloated and cranky. Same goes for dinner. My body notices when I choose something less healthy, I get bloated and gassy, and an all over feeling of not well. So I try and stay away from it most of the time. So for me eating healthy really does make me happier. I can't wait to try my first watermelon of the season, I love them.
