Baby steps after 9 month hiatus with school. School out for summer:) Starting fresh June 1st tracking honestly & truthfully and CONSISTENTLY no matter the positive or negative spin I "label" what I ate TRACKING.
Tracked everything, every minute bit that crossed my lips drink food , fruit, veggie grain, Baskin Robbins kid's scoop ice cream, potato chips, starbucks refresher.
Noticed as baseline where my eating habits were each day with calories always over 1500 but under my previous of 2000-2300 per day.
Noticed after 9 months of hanging around and eating with healthy conscious vegan/vegetarian classmates I am subconsciously eating less calories than when i first joined SPARK. I am also only eating when hungry and eating WAY MORE fruits, veggies,GRAINS,and less MEAT/DAIRY.
Getting more movement in my first 10days out of school simply walking agian!!!
feels amazing can already see shifts in my body physically & sweating more,
feel better, more energy, less cranky & mood swings...even though the scale has not budged.
This week's goals are to eat 1500/day and walk 60 min evey day. That it nothing else just those 2 things
START where I am.
