WOW this is my first blog in sometime
...I need to get back on that ...for all my
. I have been busy as of last month and a half with a personal issue but I'm still here..I won't let outside forces deter me and let emotion lead to shelf sabotage...by God's grace I've gotten to the point where I can feel,deal and not be an emotional eater...this is HUGE cuz I know I'm actually living a lifestyle change and it feels so
Now as far as goals for BLC 22 I only have two:
1.work towards being a size 12 by my bday(Sept 2nd) which is 5days after end of this round
....course of action--be consistent and mindful of what and how I eat,continue on working on eating cleaner on a more regular basis,continue with drinking my water daily, exercise regularly and keep FOCUSED!!!
2.Become stronger which will lead to me building more lean muscle=losing more fat
......course of action...lift heavier and in varies matters(weights,dumbbells,medi
cine balls,kettlebells..my personal fav...and incorporating in the CLX(Chalene Xtreme) workout from Beachbody....still not sure of start date but know for sure will be started this round
