Started a slow carb program today. Actually, I started yesterday by preparing my lunch and breakfast for today. Please be aware that I am a baker, not a cook. Cheesecake I can make, but roast chicken will either be burned or raw. So, along this adventure I will also be working on my cooking skills. This was proven by the hour and a half it took to make a Thai chicken wrap recipe. I used almost every pan we own and every countertop. Everything is all cleaned up now and the dish turned out very tasty. Success! Good night moon, good night kitchen and pans, good night Spark Points, and good night everyone!
