Alright, this is going to be short and straight to the point since I am posting this from my iPhone (couldn't miss the challenge points!)...
My BLC22 goals are:
1. Get to sleep earlier. Goal time is 10:30. This way DH and I both get 7.5-8 hours a night.
2. Lose 20 pounds. This will get me back to wedding weight if 168.
3. Strength train at least twice a week, at least 15 minutes each time. I can tell this has helped improve my softball game, might as well keep improving.
4. Continue running 2-3 times a week or more in preparation for the Women Rock 10k in August and Monster Dash half in October.
5. Track all food 5/7 days a week average during the entire challenge.
These are my goals for the next twelve weeks. I can and WILL achieve them!!
