I'm working on the Couch to 5K program and, even after doing cardio for over a month, I'm still at about a 20 minute mile. I walked for 40 minutes today and, you guessed it, did two miles. Well, at least I'm doing moving. I love techie gadgets and today I hit 11,707 steps! I can feel I'm getting more fit, but it sure is a slow process. Why didn't I start this in my 20's? or even 40's?
