On my way to a slow 5K

I'm working on the Couch to 5K program and, even after doing cardio for over a month, I'm still at about a 20 minute mile. I walked for 40 minutes today and, you guessed it, did two miles. Well, at least I'm doing moving. I love techie gadgets and today I hit 11,707 steps! I can feel I'm getting more fit, but it sure is a slow process. Why didn't I start this in my 20's? or even 40's?

    Good for you. The time really does not matter, it is really that you can do the distance. So just keep plugging along and you will get there!
