I'm in my 2nd BLC!! I am a Crimson Butterfly this time around. Part of our challenge for this first week is to write a blog for our goals. So here we go!
My goal for this challenge is to lose 12.2#, which will put me at 325#. I will do this by doing a minimum of 3 things:
1. Track my calories daily and stay within range as best as I can.
2. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.
3. Exercise at least 20 minutes 5 days per week.
I will work towards this goal and plan on reaching it by the end of the BLC in 12 weeks.
