Just Getting Started

This is officially my first blog entry anywhere. I guess this is day 2 actually trying to do this program. I'm off to a slow start. Still trying to figure out all the programs and what to do first.
Had a bad day today, got discouraged and headed for comfort food (chips and soda). Have to work on the tricks and attitude adjustments they are teaching on this site so I can learn to let it go and just start over tomorrow.
Here's to tomorrow!!!!!

    1 step,,,,1 day......1 pound at a time! The weight will come off but it does take time. Keep thinking positive and keep on smiling! Good luck on your new journey!

    Just take it one moment at a time, one day at at a time. Do your best then rest knowing you tried that day!

    Little changes can change everything.

My advice: Start making small changes and even if you "mess up", just keep going.
Learn how to portion your food and start tracking what you eat every day. Find ways to move your body that you love. Make short, medium and long term goals. Never give up!
