My goals for this round are to lose around 15lbs. I plan to reach these goals by tracking my food and caloric intake more regularly. I would also like to build a more active routine. I'll plan my meals and actually stick with my plans. Which I know I can do since, when I first started this journey I was quite diligent about sticking to the plan.
I will also make more graphs and charts to add to my wall. I'm a visual person and seeing the line move up or down motivates me. I will also try to fill in my graphs more regularly. I'm not sure what they will all be but I know the fitness minutes will be one of the.
This round I would also like to stay on the streak list. Last round when things at home got a little hectic I fell off but this time I will stick with it no matter what. I also want to start BeFit again, on July 1st. I like to set hard dates otherwise I just kinda push stuff off.
As for a reward I'm leaning towards a manicure, but haven't completely decided.
