11 flights of stairs, 20000 steps. My eating wasn't the best. I had a horrible sweet tooth today. I'll do better tomorrow.

    Ha! Me too! I got a small chocolate bar - broke it in half - gave half to by husband and broke the rest into 3. One piece each for the grandchildren and the last bit for me! Felt very virtuous as I would normally have considered the small chocolate bar small enough to eat in its entirety!

    I had a "hankering" for something sweet too, so I made a rhubarb/custard crumble with TONS of bran, a little brown sugar and walnuts. I've been eating it in place of meals...oh boy, it's a nice change from the "green stuff" I usually eat....

Hope you at least enjoyed your "sweets".
