Progress on my 30 challenge

So far I lost 1.4 pounds within the past 22 days and feeling good. I noticed more changes within my body than weight. Like some I try to lose weight very slow because the faster you lose it the more likely you will gain plus more pounds than you've lost. It has happened to me in the past. I recently went for my usual check up and the doctor noticed the signs of pre diabetes. I already known this last time I went for my check up. I hope it doesn't turn into full diabetes. My husband is stressing my health. I will try to increase my work out to 3 days to 4 or 5. More healthy choices and stay motivated. Since working out I'm now addicted to leg day ;)

    Congratulations! Take measurements! My doctor says "Every inch lost is like 10 pounds gone!". Fight that mean old diabetes with all your heart!

  Let that pre-diabetes continue to encourage you to concentrate on your health. We all need a reason to do what it is we need to do. Show the doctors you're serious about your health and that you are more than a conqueror, you can and will do this! 1.4 lbs is great and I would suggest you get yourself a measuring tape as it reflects results as well.
