My ultimate goal for this challenge is to be at 258 lbs by our last weigh in on August 27 (my 26th birthday). That's 24lbs at about 2 lbs a week. It's a big goal because I started this journey at the beginning of this year and have only lost 26 lbs over the past 5 months but now that I've got my workout routine down pat I know I can do this!! I really need to focus on getting my fruits and veggies eaten every day and keeping my calorie intake in check. Im on the onyx outlaw team and they are great!! I know I can do this with them by my side!! It's going to be a tough 12 weeks, but they will be well worth it!
I also have the goal of tracking my food everyday over the twelve weeks, drinking a min of 8 glasses of water a day and getting 8 hours of sleep every night. I can't wait to see how great everyone looks in twelve weeks!
