I've fallen back into the Snacking before Dinner habit ... And that was one of the first habits I changed when I started on SparkPeople! I realized several years ago that I was eating all while I was fixing dinner, and then eating a full dinner. I started walking instead, and it was a key part of my success. Over the past 6 months I have gone backwards, and allowed myself a couple crackers or pita chips. But then "a couple" didn't satisfy me, and I just kept eating.
So, today I changed my Ticker to show days since No Snacking Before Dinner. It will be discouraging every time I have to reset the start date ... And I hope vanity will help me eliminate this bad habit again!
