Bad week

How bad was my week last week? Well, today is only Monday, and I've already racked up more fitness calories burned than I did all of last week, lol. Last week I also started tracking my days of drinking only water, and I only managed to last four out of seven days. June was supposed to be the month I boosted up my health and fitness regime, but it started out with a thud. Oh, well...this week is starting off right so far. Let's hope I can stay on track better.

    Sounds like you are really mad at your body taking such radical difficult point of view on how to reach your goal.

    I think you deserve more time and effort in planning a kinder gentler way of dealing with the program since you don't just want to to make a temporary change you want this change to be permanent so you don't have to go to this emotional place again.

    If you don't treat yourselt with love and kindness who will?
