How bad was my week last week? Well, today is only Monday, and I've already racked up more fitness calories burned than I did all of last week, lol. Last week I also started tracking my days of drinking only water, and I only managed to last four out of seven days. June was supposed to be the month I boosted up my health and fitness regime, but it started out with a thud. Oh, well...this week is starting off right so far. Let's hope I can stay on track better.
