Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-Bound Goals for BLC 22
1. To lose 5 lbs that is just under a half pound a week each of the 12 weeks of the challenge.
2. To get and keep an exercise routine. I am planning on riding my bike or doing exercise videos 5-6 days a week.
3. Cut back on the caffeine. I am going to cut it down to one cup of coffee a day. I tend to increase in the summer. I love iced coffees!
Nothing that is too hard. All attainable! All relevant to the lifestyle I want to live.
