I have mainly 2 goals for the next 12 weeks and this is my plan to implement this in my life. I used the SP SMART Goal –Setting Worksheet to help me make reasonable goals.
1) Lose 14 - 18 lbs (1-1.5 lbs a wk; (151–147 lbs)
These will be my Action Steps for #1.
…a. Eat 3-5 Freggies Daily
…b. Drink 9 cups of Water Daily
…c. Exercise 20+ min for 6 days a week
I will Weigh-In every Wednesday and Track my progress on the Fitness Other Goals and Nutritional Trackers.
My Halfway Weight should be a loss of 7-9 lbs on July 17, 2013.
2) Tone Down my Middle by 4-6 inches lost. (I don’t know how realistic this is or not, we shall see…)
These will be my Action Steps for #2.
...a. ST for 3-5 times weekly for 15 min a session
...b. Do my Exercise DVDs; 1 video, 4 days a week.
...c. Drink Water, 9 cups a day.
I will measure my waist once a week on Wednesday. I will also track ST, Walks, DVDs and Water on SP Trackers.
My Halfway Measurements should be a loss of 2-3 inches on July 17, 2013.
