BLC 22 Goals

I wanted to put down my goals for the next 12 weeks:
1 - lose 24 lbs - ave of 2 a week
2 - cut down on sugar
3 - track my food everyday
4 - exercise for 30 min at least 5x a week
5 - track my food every day
- so far, tracking my food has been very eye opening!!! - no wonder i haven't been able to lose any weight - i eat 24/7 and its not good stuff!! in the last week, i think before i bite! - and instead of opening a bag of chips or cookies - i've been eating watermellon, strawberries or green beans right when i get home from when and I'm hungry!!! - tracking has made a huge difference - and now i have the app right on my phone so I can track everything - everyday!!!
