Another month

I started doing the SP thing a month ago. On the first week I lost 5 pounds! Wow! I was so excited! But that was it. since then my weight has been flutuation around 171-173 and I haven't lost anything else. I know I indulge myself here and there (maybe too much?) but tomorrow another moneth beggins (Boy How this works for me! LOL) and I am decided to shake things up to get out of this no moving point that I put myself into. Let's see what May reserves

    You can do it!!! Get walking it helps me. Plus remember muscle weighs more than fat so your just getting buff! RIGHT?!!
